Is there any artisans in visalia or the surrounding areas that know any great venues to take your work to sale. Flea markets, craft fairs, trade shows, shops etc..or a place that supports local artisans.
I am also looking for a great place to purchase supplies, such as wire, gemstone beads, or findings, really anything that crafters find useful.
I am also interested in putting together a team of crafters so that we may share advice and share the costs of booths at fairs and other shows. One 10 x 10 booth at the tulare county fair is $1000.00. The showing there is amazing not to mention the advertisement included in the costs. As a team we would be able to come up with a way to support all individual artisans useing a common avenue. I would proabably not have enough product to keep a 10 x 10 booth filled for that many days anyways and together we could create a gallery of handcrafted art and products for our local community that would bring them more choices, variety and an easy way to see many artists from here in one place. If anyone is interested please let me know. I do have many other items not listed anywhere on line and I need a way to get them out htere and seen unfortunately I do not have the means to do this alone. Think about it crafters!

Hello, My name is Tamara James. I live in california. I wire-sculpt or wire-wrap beautiful rings, pendants, bracelets and other cool items as well. I have just recently began to sale my jewelry online. I sale alot around the city I live in but want to make my items available for more people and available to people even when I am not. I think the internet is the perfect answer to that. You can find my items other places here on the web such as ebay, etsy, of course here and I do have a domain name Tamarajamesjewelry.com which is currently under construction.
Know that you can shop with confidence when ordering something from my site. and I would like to here from anybody out there that has seen my work or stumbled upon it. What do you think. Your comments are welcome and i am sure will help me to grow my business.
My passions are rocks and minerals of all kinds and faceted gemstones.I create my cabochons myself from beautiful semi-precious mineral rough and I love doing this. Then I wire-wrap my gemstones to make beautiful jewelry. This is really cool stuff to me and I hope you see something you like!
